under 10 minutes. you paste one line of code into your shopify theme, install the conversion pixel on your order confirmation page, and the widget is live. no developer needed.
yes. the widget is a javascript snippet that detects your product image automatically. it works on any shopify theme without any theme modifications.
no. fitchek reads your product name, category, and image automatically. you don't need to tag products or make any changes to your catalogue.
the widget is fully responsive. image try-on works on all devices. video try-on (fitchek live) requires camera access, which works on most modern mobile browsers.
fashion apparel, footwear, fashion accessories, sports and lifestyle gear, and beauty and wearable products. fitchek automatically detects the product category and shows the widget accordingly. unsupported categories are skipped.
itchek live video try-on works best on fashion apparel — dresses, tops, sarees, and garments where movement matters. for other categories, results may vary. full category support is coming soon.
fitchek assesses the photo before generation. if the quality is too low, the shopper is prompted to re-upload with specific guidance. if the quality is fair, it is silently improved before generation runs. no credit is deducted on a failed upload.
under 30 seconds for image try-on. video try-on is real time — the overlay appears the moment recording starts.
credits are the unit fitchek uses to measure usage. each image try-on costs a fixed number of credits depending on your plan. video try-on is charged per second of recording. credits are deducted when a try-on is queued, not when it completes.
the widget shows "try-on temporarily unavailable" to shoppers. your store and product pages are unaffected. you will receive email alerts at 75% and 100% of your monthly cap so you are not caught off guard.
top-up credits never expire and carry over across billing cycles. plan credits reset monthly.
yes. every plan includes a monthly spend cap. you set the ceiling and fitchek automatically pauses try-ons when the limit is reached. you can also set email alerts at a threshold of your choice from widget settings.
fitchek collects try-on session data, device type, country, reactions, and download counts by default. shopper-uploaded photos and generated images are only accessible to fitchek with explicit shopper consent, which is captured via a checkbox at upload. raw uploaded photos are never visible to merchants regardless of consent state.
yes. shoppers can withdraw consent at any time from their account settings. withdrawal takes effect immediately and cascades to all merchant analytics segments.
guest shoppers get one free try-on per product. on their second attempt for the same product, they are prompted to create a store account to continue. creating an account gives them unlimited try-ons and allows them to save and share their results.
fitchek operates as a data processor. your store is the data controller. shoppers are presented with a clear consent moment before uploading any photo. consent is unchecked by default — fitchek never uses pre-ticked boxes. shopper-uploaded photos are encrypted end-to-end and never shared with third parties.
your overview dashboard shows three headline metrics — revenue attributed, orders from try-on, and return rate reduction. these update as shoppers complete try-ons and place orders. the widget status indicator at the top of the dashboard confirms whether the widget is live on your store.
the total order value from shoppers who completed a try-on on the same product within one hour of purchasing. you can also switch to an assisted view that counts orders placed within seven days of any try-on. both views require the conversion pixel to be installed on your order confirmation page.
this metric requires at least 60 days of order history and a minimum of 50 orders in both the try-on and non-try-on cohorts. until that threshold is met, the dashboard shows your progress toward the data requirement.
yes. the performance tab includes a full product table showing try-on count, completion rate, reactions, and orders per product. you can export this as a csv.
yes. you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the integrations section of your dashboard. annual contracts are available on business and enterprise plans at a 10% discount.
business offers a lower credit cost per try-on (8 credits per image vs 10 on growth, 40 credits per video vs 50), a dedicated customer success manager, guided onboarding, and limited custom integrations. for stores doing consistent volume, the lower per-try-on cost alone typically offsets the higher base fee.
enterprise is for large-scale fashion brands that need custom credit rates, dedicated support with an sla, white-glove onboarding, and custom integrations. contact us for a tailored proposal.
help and setup in your dashboard has a setup checklist, documentation, and a way to replay the onboarding walkthrough. for direct support, growth plan merchants get priority email support and business and enterprise merchants have a dedicated csm.
